Withdrawal and cancellation are separate processes that apply to different order types.

If you would like to withdraw an eligible voucher purchase without a fixed event date, please use the withdrawal form.

If you would like to cancel a fixed-date booking, please use the cancellation form.

Withdrawal

Use withdrawal for eligible voucher purchases without a fixed event date.

Eligible purchases are subject to a statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

The withdrawal takes legal effect once you have reviewed and confirmed it.

Fixed-date driving experiences are excluded from the statutory withdrawal right pursuant to § 312g(2) No. 9 BGB.

Use cancellation for fixed-date bookings.
