FAQ
Do you have any questions about the Hyundai Driving Experience?
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and bring a driving licence that is valid at the location of the event. Persons who are currently in the process of acquiring a driving licence (e.g. accompanied driving) cannot actively take part in any driving activities.
On average, the training sessions include a driving module of approximately 6.5 hours. One exception is Track Experience Level 2 with about 14 hours behind the wheel of a training vehicle.
No. There are two participants per vehicle, who alternate during the training sessions. This way, each participant gets to enjoy all the driving exercises. Training time is divided fairly.
At Track Experience Level 1 and Level 2, accompanying persons can be brought along for an additional fee. Accompanying persons may use all the facilities of the Hyundai Driving Experience on site, but may not take part in any driving exercises as a driver or passenger. We do not recommend bringing minors to the training sessions, otherwise they must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
The use of your own cameras and/or smartphones is generally permitted – subject to compliance with the safety regulations on site, and as long as it is ensured that other participants are not disturbed. The use of drones is prohibited, as is the attachment of action cams in or on the training vehicles.
On the morning of the event day, there will be a photo session with a photographer before the start of the training. You will receive your personal picture within 1-2 weeks after the event.
In such cases, send an e-mail to service@hyundaidrivingexperience.com and ask to be put on the waiting list.
For insurance reasons as well as for general safety reasons, participation with your own vehicle is not possible.
As a participant in Track Experience Level 1 or Level 2, you have the option of booking a ride in the TCR racing taxi – and you can also give that ride away as a gift. When booking, please state the name of the person to whom you would like to give the ride. This person should also be registered as an accompanying person.
No. The training sessions do not build upon the content of other training sessions and can be booked independently.
Anyone with prior participation in a Hyundai Driving Experience Level 2 or with proof of adequate Level 2 training can take part.
